At Sringara by Smitha Gowda, we take utmost care to deliver your products in perfect condition. However, if you are not satisfied or have received a damaged item, we are here to help.


πŸ” Return Request Process

To be eligible for a return, you must inform us within 48 hours of receiving your product. Please email us at support@sringara.co.in with your full name, clear images of the product, and the reason for return.

Once your request is approved, you must ship the product to the below address within 5 days of our confirmation:

Once we receive the returned product, if it is available, a replacement will be shipped within 10–15 days. If the product is sold out, we will initiate a refund as per our Refund Policy.

Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer. Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and packed securely with all original packaging.

Returns will not be accepted for used or damaged items, or if returned without original packaging.


πŸ’³ Refund Processing Timeframe

We will confirm receipt of the returned package within 48 hours. Upon successful quality check, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Refunds are issued only for prepaid orders. COD orders are not eligible for refunds.


🚫 Non-Refundable Cases

Products returned after the allowed time period will not be accepted. Refunds will also not be issued for items damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or if returned without original packaging. Additionally, refunds are not issued for personal expectations of quality unless the product is physically damaged.


πŸ”„ Exchange & Replacement

If the product is damaged or defective, we offer a free replacement of the same product. For approved replacements, return pickup must be arranged by the customer (within India only). The exchanged product will be delivered within 7–12 business days, depending on availability. If the product is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.


πŸ“¦ Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch, usually within 24 hours of placing the order. Prepaid cancelled orders will be refunded to the original payment method.
